About us
Bridgy Youth Club is open on Thursday evenings from 6pm till 8.30pm, for young people aged between 11 and 17 years and is held in Bridgwater Baptist Church, St Mary Street, Bridgwater, TA6 3EQ. It is run by a team of volunteers and is funded by donations and fundraising activities.
We have a tuck shop serving snacks and drinks. There are various activities and we are looking to develop more in consultation we the users. We provide a safe environment for you to socialise, come and hang out and chat with your friends.
A team of volunteers run the youth drop with our paid Children's, Youth and Families Worker but in order to maintain the number of activities we offer, we are always looking for more people to help. Even if it’s just a couple of hours per month, organising a fundraising project or volunteering to help out on trips, it really will make a difference. We are also looking for anyone with a talent or skill who can come and interact with the youths and perhaps run a workshop with them.
